Breisja Macera has been involved with wrestling since 2004 as an athlete and coach. She was trained by Coach Jim Bird at Osceola High School and continued her training at the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY with Kip Flanik and Toccara Mongomery; a USA Olympian. Miss Breisja was a Florida 3X State Champion, Folk Style Woman’s Wrestling National Champion, and Woman’s Wrestling Collegiate Division All-American. Through 2007-09 she assisted in training and coaching the Women’s Florida National Team in Fargo, ND, where they had multiple All-American placers and a National Champion; LaKia Henderson.
Breisja has a strong passion for this sport and wants to help give athletes of all ages the opportunity to grow and excel as she did! Wrestling for her is not just a sport, but a journey that has positively impacted her life and others around her.
