
Adult Gymnastics classes are designed for adults at all ability levels who: want to develop their gymnastics skills and abilities; desire a well-balanced cardio/strength/flexibility workout; and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals. Classes will consist of using the following events: spring floor, rod floor, balance beam, bars, vault, tumble tracks/trampoline, and more.

Adult Tumbling classes are designed to promote strength, flexibility, and balance through an instructional class geared to adults of all skill levels. This class is for those who want to develop their tumbling abilities, receive a well-balanced cardio/strength/flexibility workout, and enjoy the company of like-minded individuals.

Adult Circus Arts classes are offered for ages 8 and up and are designed to promote strength and flexibility while safely learning and mastering aerial tricks seen in various circus shows all around the world. The events that are focused on in the classes include: aerial silks, fixed trapeze, lyra (hoop), acrobatics, hand balancing and more.

Adult Int/Adv Late Evening Practice is offered for experienced Adult Gymnasts, Tumblers, and Aerialists/Circus Artists. This class will offer open gym, gymnastics and tumbling instruction, and structured conditioning at the end. You will have access to the entire gym after all other classes end at 8:30pm. Please note if there are any other Adult Gymnastics, Tumbling, or Circus Arts classes going on, you are NOT permitted to join them.
This class is designed for the athlete who has some previous experience: knows how to fall safely, perform basics, and knowledge of basic body shapes (hollow, arch, lunge, etc). If you are not familiar or comfortable with any of the mentioned, please enroll in a Beginner/Intermediate class instead.
