Competitive Team
Bayside offers women's competitive gymnastics for Levels 1-10, Xcel, and Adults. All Levels compete in the Spring Season (January - May). Bayside participates in both AAU Gymnastics and USA Gymnastics. Most of the competitions we attend are in state. Higher level gymnasts have the option to travel to the few out of state competitions each year.

Bayside offers competitive Gymnastics for Adults! Women athletes can choose to compete in the Ladies Division in AAU Gymnastics, and/or NAIGC. Men can compete in NAIGC and/or meets we host through AAU Gymnastics.
